Please note that the dispatch time for made to order items is 6-8 weeks. If you ordered in stock and made to order items together the whole order will be dispatched together.

All orders will be sent by tracked and insured for your protection. UK orders are covered up to the value of £500 in case of loss or damage in transit.

Taxes and customs charges may apply in your location when purchasing from the UK. Please ensure that you check and are happy with this before ordering as none of these fees are included in the price you pay here. International orders are covered only up to the value of £250. In the unlikely event of a damaged or missing order you will be reimbursed up to this value once the investigation and claim by the courier are concluded. If you wish to insure the packaged for the full value you have the option to purchase upgraded shipping (Parcelforce Express) for £60.
